At first they sent me some extintions that where labeled and dicriribed to be my color platinum blonde with a slight yellow/gold tent to it and I received my extion and had some issues with one package out of the 4 I order witch was no big deal things happen they had no problem at all working with me to fix that problem and them the color of course was off it was more of a Rose Gold blonde or sliver pinkish blonde and wasn't what the picture one the web site look like so they immediately said they made a mistake and it's was going to be fix with no cost to me and they did everything they could to satisfy me and make sure I was happy and I am they sent me my hair they was the correct color for free and and no cost to me and apologize for the mix up and where really kind and fast about getting back to me this company is over the top amazing and they hair was soooo soft and gorgeous I love the hair is really is top notch hair so so worth the money!!! Tha KS so much laalaavoo!!! ...I placed the photos with the comment the last two photos are the 1st color I received and you can see the color difference between the two for your self just so you get an idea before you purchase the platinum blonde you know what your getting it's a Rose gold colorish but is can be color too a more darker blonde if needed just not whiter if that makes since!

Overall I was pleased with this product. Hair was evenly colored and as expected based on picture on website. Hair was soft and didn’t tangle while being installed. Extensions were also easy to install. Length was as expected, but did thin out at the ends. I may have missed it in the product info on the website, but upon receiving the extensions, it was found that the beads needed to hold the extensions in place, were not included. Make sure you order these with your extensions. I would order these extensions again.

The media could not be loaded. The color and quality of the hair is very nice. It came in a black net carefully packaged in a plastic zip baggie. It has a slight smell but nothing more than the Donna Bella or satin strands hair I’ve purchased in the past. I purchased P4/27 and 18/60A 16” and mixed them. They’ve been processed a slight blonde color so some smell is expected. It’s the same as when you get your hair bleached at a salon. The thickness is 1 gram. I weighed it on my scale that I use to make sourdough. Customer service is excellent as well. They have a Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram VIP page you can join to keep watch for upcoming sales or discounts. Also included is an email and google voice phone number to get a hold of someone. I already spoke with the company and am very impressed with their desire to make their customers happy. Hair burns and smells like human hair. The company also offers sales throughout the year which I live as well. I wanted to try something more affordable this time around and am definitely impressed as was my extension specialist. The hair is very soft. I can’t speak for the keratin tips as of yet but will update my review after I’ve worn them for a couple months. I’ll also update on how they hold up with washing. If you’re on the fence about trying these extensions, I’d say go for it. I’m somewhat of a hair extension snob and wasn’t expecting to keep these, but I’m surprisingly very happy.
