Update - December 2022 Seller did contact me and sent replacement. Think it was bad batch. Even the tips flattened too easily. Replacement looks good so far. Customer service was great. Also think my email to seller was closed by Amazon prior to them contacting me. Amazon asked if I heard from seller and I said no. Think they closed the request. Purchased June 2022. This is a late review. Bought 2 boxes of itip ash blonde 18". Wasn't sure how many itips we would use, lost some hair from COVID. I read mixed reviews about synthetic hair strands mixed in. . The first box was OK but did have synthetic hair mixed in. I recently opened 2nd box and had all itips replaced to lengthen my hair. This box is large ratio of synthetic stands. They curl like synthetic and smell like Barbie hair all the time. The tips collapsed on 1st install by an experienced hair stylist. I contacted company week of Thanksgiving through Amazon and heard nothing back. Amazon did send me an email to ask if company contacted me and resolved the issue. Haven't heard from them at all. I am taking this hair out and guess I will buy elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised how soft these were. This is my first set of extensions I have done to add some additional highlights without more damage to my hair. They do take a lot of blending to try a make them look natural, especially if you have layered hair like mine. Shockingly easy install and very comfortable. We shall see about longevity. I purchased one pack and half the pack added these fun pieces around my face framing. So one set should last me 12 weeks as I get my hair done every 6 weeks. I do not expect them to hold up past 6weeks. Overall quite impressed on the quality of the product for the price!

I love these!!!! I ordered based off the reviews and was skeptical/nervous because I had a hair appt the following day. Thank the lord they were PERFECT!!!!! I ordered 4 packs because I was going for both length and thickness. I ended up only needing 3 22 inch packs. I feel like a mermaid with my new long hair. Totally recommend and will reorder for sure. Also want to add that we toned these and Iβve used heat on them and they havenβt lost their quality at all. Super impressed with this brand!

These are so versatile to really make your own. I received burgandy extensions, which I dyed with "Arctic fox ritual" so all my hair would be similar in color. The original color was GORGEOUS but my natural hair wouldn't turn that color to match. They took the dye wonderfully, and it really holds up on volume all day long. I keep heat to a minimum, and use the "no heat curl" method using a headband overnight. I'm loving my new hair and already looking at other colors/ lengths to get ideas for my next hair change up. The thickness and fullness really shines through. Installing was simple( YouTube helps!) And they feel comfortable. So glad I tried these!

The hair is great the first week maybe. I only used the iron to to waves with very light settings. About 30% fell off within the first month. Pulled my hair out. I would not recommend. Please, do not use this. This is not human hair. Horrible experience. always tangling no no no horrible. The seller was kind to contact me to fix the situation. They offered a money back or a hair replacement. The seller provides good service to the customers. They will fix any inconvenience you might have.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to give myself blond streaks so I mixed these beautiful blond extensions into my black ones (which I also got from youngsee) they never disappoint and are always helpful and fast to answer any questions once I curled them I new I was never gonna take them off they are easy to style and you can easily dye them any color you want youngsee is the ONLY place I purchase my extensions from thank you! ππππ
