The sound is great! The box is cute, but the wood is a little thin so the box is dainty. It is small, but I probably overlooked the dimensions in the product description. The music sounds just like the song, so I am happy with the purchase.

I really liked the idea of getting my mom a music box for Christmas, so when I found this one I thought it was a great idea and a great price. When I received it, it was a LOT smaller than I expected, which made the price for it seem like a bit much. Maybe I missed the dimensions in the description, which would obviously be my fault. However, despite the size, it is adorable and my mom loved it. I like that the music box is hand cranked, too. It's unique and it's a cute little gift.
