Tried them out in a large inground pool. Some sank the way they are supposed to and others just float in the water near the surface. What happened to the heavy duty rings with the sand in them from the 80s? These are somewhat flimsy. They are ok for little kids. I wanted them to see colors under water for an underwater camera.     • Some will not sink
I bought some other diving sticks and rings that were considerably cheaper that all sink just fine, I bought these to have some that were thicker plastic but was very disappointed when my kids threw them in and 2 of the sticks and 1 of the rings will not sink. Also would not recommend letting younger children play with them as the white ends of the sticks come off easily. Very disappointing that almost half of the items don’t work correctly especially for almost $20. ... show more
