    • We now have three of the 72" wardrobe. Great customer service (for extra shelves).

This review is for the 72" wardrobe version, in white. The unit arrives incredibly well packaged in a heavy and tall box. It was able to fit in to the back of a 2010 Prius easily, just by moving the passenger seat forward a bit. Assembly is very straightforward, though we altered the instructions a bit and assemble it standing up (mostly due to lack of room). This seems easier than doing it on the floor, though when it comes time to work on the bottom and such you need to tilt it over to get to it, or flip it down at that point. It is fairly solid one assembled. The feet on the bottom are adjustable to make it sit level. In spite of the excellent packaging, of the three units ordered, one had some damage (dents and such) and the door would not stay closed (bent). Customer service got replacement parts shipped out immediately. Another customer service win was asking if they sold extra shelves. They added a listing on Amazon so we could order extra parts. Using this in the garage to store cleaning supplies. Conveniently stores various spray bottles and solutions as well as rags, and the tall space accommodates mops and brooms. Works very well. Nice that it is magnetic to add magnetic hooks or magnets for other reasons. Feels slightly thin and a little bit flimsy, which is why only four stars. Could be somewhat sturdier, but this is perfectly adequate and good for the price. ... show more

1st let me say I kept this simply because I didn't feel like dealing with a return and waiting for another cabinet. The box was not damaged at all, however the cabinet was dented in more than one place, the black paint job was inconsistent in areas and obviously made on the cheap. Super disappointed because I wanted to buy another brand that I purchased before, but they stopped selling it. What a mistake! I'll try to add pics later. ... show more

Arrived earlier than expected which was great, but it also arrived with multiple dents and bent pieces. This made assembly quite difficult because nothing aligned properly without an extra person manipulating the pieces into place. I like the size, space, and customization ability, but I wish it was dented and warped. Also requires the door to be locked to keep the doors closed. It was a little confusing to assemble. We needed a large area to spread out the parts. One thing we learned from other products is to NOT tighten screws until the piece is aligned. It is a heavy unit so we used a small area rug to slide across the floor and left it in place so the LVP wouldn’t dent. Even though there were screws to anchor to the wall, they weren’t long enough so we raised the front legs enough to leverage the unit backwards. Great buy! Strong and heavy duty. I need it for the entrance of my home for guest coats and delivery and package storage. I had to reach out to customer service because the shipper dented a panel on the cabinet. I called and they got on it quickly and sent it to me.
