So Far used it once and I'm satisfued with the product. I struggled a bit to attach the pump to the board at first, but then once it got locked, it pumped air just fine. I love the colors and the design. the size is as described and shown on the page. it comes with a good variety of accessories which is nice. my only concern was for the paddleboard not to get fit in the backpack after its been used. but that wasn't the case and I could still fit everything in it.

The media could not be loaded. Inflated it the first time to make sure it didn’t have any leaks. I am outraged cause when it came it had a leak right at the seal where you pump so I can’t fix the problem. I was also told I can’t return or refund the item under Amazon guidelines for heath and safety issues and concerns. Would give a lower star if I could!

Beautiful product, high quality, all of the attachments are high quality and it even included a water proof phone protector to have on the board. Also bonus it came 4 days earlier than expected! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Paddle board works well

We bought it and used it today for the first time as a Father’s Day present. Not only a beautiful and unique board compared to all the others out there, it works great at a fraction of the cost of everything else we found for the 11 foot size. Our kit came fully complete and feels similar to the boards at twice the price. Can’t speak to longevity yet but at day one we’re very pleased.

I loved my board. It is very stable and easier to assemble. I had to contact the customer service, and it was a great experience. They replied in less than 24 hs and addressed the issue promptly. Fantastic experience.
