Did a lot of review search before we ordered this. Some were not that good but over all for the price I thought I would give this shot. Not disappointed at all. Very nice Gazebo. Came very fast, received two days early. Some of the reviews were it was a bit difficult to follow the instructions and it was hard to assemble the roof panels. I found this not to be true at all. Instructions are mostly picture's and if you take care with panels I found it went smooth. Go step by step and take your time. Reviews stated it took more than two people to build it. My wife and I built in in one day, about 7 hours, and a good portion of that was done by just myself. Used my own tools, cordless drill with Allen adapter and #2 Philips head, drill set on #1 strength. Saved a lot of time and that way I didn't strip any thing by over tightening. Needed wife's help to to fit assembled frame together and to slide roof panels in and hand me hardware. Very satisfying build. Well worth the money. ... show more

We ordered the 10x13. It was at a really fair price. To put it together, it took about 8 hours with the instructional videos and instructions. Everything was labeled fine, but we did need to straighten out some pieces of metal. No big deal, transit can be hard on big items. No pieces missing, which was great. It wasn’t “easy” to assemble, it was tedious and took a long time but it’s worth it. The roof panels I read were letting a lot of sun in, on other reviews. I was hesitant initially to order because of this but once we put it together it wasn’t that bad at all. I think you’d probably throw a fan inside and be fine, if it’s a hot summer day in the 90’s or just cover the panels to make them darker. I think we will keep it the way it is, so we can let more sun in during the winter without directly being in it. Right now, the breeze is blowing through and it’s nice inside. The big shade keeps a significant majority of the bugs out, which is nice. The 10x13 size could easily fit a little dinner size table with 6 chairs. We have a small table with two chairs and there’s plenty of room. The plastic hooks the curtains hang on aren’t very sturdy and get stuck often. When you wiggle or gently shake them to try and loosen them, they often pop out of the little rivets you hook them on. No problem, we just are more gentle with them. I can see them falling apart after a year or so, or maybe with a lot of wind, so I’ll update if that happens. All in all, very happy with this. It’s not really sturdy and the screws for the 4 support of the legs were small and can’t get stewed in tight. I bought some anchors with straps to secure it better than the ones it came with . Other than that it’s ok , however, I would possibly by a heavier duty so the wind or someone can lean on it without it leaning and falling apart ... show more

It was very easy to put together I read reviews where it said took hours/days and upto 3 people my husband put it together pretty much all him self with some help here and there from me the top does need two people but once we figured out how to slide the panels in it's was super fast and easy so far we love it we had a very windy day yesterday and held up great ... show more

Updated Review: The Seller was amazing and addressed all of our issues with the defective/damaged pieces. Really happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend this item. It's a beautiful addition to our backyard. This is a really nice hard top gazebo, however, many of the pieces arrived damaged - bent and/or scuffed up, etc. It was quite frustrating and extremely disappointing, when you have to assemble something this large and cumbersome, only to find that you've been sent sub-standard materials. ... show more

    • polycarbonate roof not strong enough to hold 20mph wind. Cracks easily.
I have had this gazebo for 8 months now. Installed alone. Not easy instructions. Took 3 days to assemble. Since the item is heavy most metal items came with serious dents. Fixed them myself which made it 3 days to assemble. Else 2 days should be good. Looks good and nothing else. It gets very hot under the gazebo in summers. If you have high speed winds, check the liners some would have cracked. Mine cracked and came out the sliding. If your summers are hot and winters are very cold, this will not survive for long. Good for evenings with no Sun. Mosquito net is good but does not stop 100%. Not worth the time and money. Also it says hardtop polycarbonate roof, its not semi-hard. Doesnt fold but is not hard also. Get an aluminum roof instead of this polycarbonate roof. ... show more

We wanted something to cover our hot tub from the elements. Pro: Looks nice Easy to assemble Allows some light in Con: Feels somewhat flimsy Replacement parts an issue The item arrived in two boxes, neither of which were damaged on the outside. Turns out one of the frame roof rails was bent (with chipped paint) but only one. It was either packed carelessly or worse, put in already damaged. Contacted the company and after much back and forth was told they cannot supply replacement parts. Offered a discount and since we already had most of it assembled, we did our best to fix the part. However, I would not recommend buying this item. It's durability is a big question mark and the fact you can not get replacement parts makes this an extremely risky purchase.
