In the meantime, our Black Lab dogs lays in there and looks out the window so I needed something with a black background! This was perfect! Black with lots of color! It will hide the black dog hair well! I ordered the king size for her queen bed because I wanted it to look more like a bedspread and cover the frame at the bottom. It fit perfectly! The quilt is just the right thickness, not too heavy or too light! Very comfortable! It is sewn well with no frazzled seams! I have a full size bed. This queen size coverlet is just what I was looking for. It is not a thick quilt so I could put it in the washing machine and dry it on low to remove the wrinkles. I have a full bed 74” long, 51” wide, and 28” tall. The coverlet has an overhang of 21” on the sides and 18” at the foot. The stitching look great and did not pucker after washing. I think some of the negative reviews came from expectations of wanting a quilt instead of a coverlet. I can always add a blanket in the winter.

This is NOT a king size bedspread. It is the size of a regular king size quilt. The print is as expected, bright flowers, dramatic background. It's very lightweight. Would work well as a summer quilt, but not a bedspread. The shams are correctly sized for a king size bed. I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't cover the bedframe. It would be ok on a bed that sits super close to the floor. But still will not be long enough to tuck your pillows .
