I actually bought this in three colors. Not all colors were equal in feel. The light blue and the blush color were extremely soft. The burgundy was more rough. I returned the burgundy disappointed in the feel but kept the light blue and blush which I love. I ordered two sizes bigger than my usual size in order to make sure i had a nice oversized cozy fit. I hate a fitted sweater or if they are too short. Normally I am an extra small (5 ft tall and 110lb - 32 inch bust, 25-26 inch waist). I ordered this in size medium and it was a perfect fit. I honestly think it would be fine even if I had ordered it even bigger. Bigger is just more cozy. These are very thin. So don't expect it to be warm enough for winter. But, if you just need something light for spring or fall or a breezy summer night or for inside the house this is absolutely perfect. I recommend color light blue and blush for softness and cozyness. I am tempted to try some more colors but my experience with the burgundy means it is a bit of a gamble.

I bought one for my mom because she has COPD and can't handle heavy sweaters, plus the material is perfect. She wears her sweater all day long and it's got big pockets so that's a plus. It goes good with skirts, shorts, jeans, and casual wear. So I bought myself one too. If you get cold easily then I recommend this sweater.

I can’t speak to how this sweater holds up over time / with washing, but right off the bat I’m impressed enough with it to leave a review (will edit later if needed). This is probably the best quality clothing item I’ve bought on Amazon yet. I was expecting something flimsy based off of another reviewers comments about it being thin, which I was okay with because I was replacing a no-longer-sold bat wing American Apparel sweater I had to retire after 8 years that was very lightweight. Well! The first thing that struck me was the size of the package. I was expecting a shrink wrapped, flatten sweater that would fluff up slightly once unpacked (like most amazon products I’ve gotten), but this package actually looked like, well, it contained a sweater! Inside was in fact a sweater, a soft, scent-free sweater that is thicker than the much more expensive American Apparel sweater it’s replacing. In terms of sizing, I ordered my usual medium and it’s perfectly oversized and covers up to my mid thigh (I’m 5’8). I’ve already worn it several times, and it’s both warm and cozy. Assuming this holds up well the next few weeks, I’ll definitely be ordering another in a different color. Good purchase for sure!

Bought this specifically for my maternity shoot, but I love it for fall. I had to reorder one because I dried the first one in the dryer and for whatever reason one arm got much shorter than the other. Weird. I will say, you absolutely HAVE to wash this. Straight out of the packing it smells soooo bad. The best way I can describe it is it smells like actual B.O. & that was the case for both of the ones I ordered. Once you wash it, it’s gone but it’s pretty bizarre. I usually wash everything I order before wearing it so it’s not a big deal, but had to include that. Overall I love this! Love the color, fit, and it’s lightweight enough to be comfortable but also cozy enough to keep you warm in the fall.

I love this sweater! So cozy and just the right weight. Not too heavy, not too sheer. It does run a little big but I love an oversized sweater so I went with my normal L. I could have easily done a medium. I love it so much I actually ordered 3 more. The baby blue is gorgeous and I got a ton of compliments. Very well made and a great price.

I am between 5’7” and 5’8”, 132lbs, and ordered a size small in the color plum. I tried to get a good picture of the color, it’s really pretty. The style is great, and I was originally planning on exchanging it for a size up—I wanted longer sleeves, and plus I realized the model is around my size and is wearing a medium. I decided to take some pictures before returning it because I am a dedicated review reader and know what a big help images can be. Pictured, is me wearing the cardigan with jeans and a tank top, and I could not wait to get the cardigan off! It was so itchy on my arms! For some people, the look may be worth it, but I just had a baby and have learned that if something is not comfortable, I just won’t wear it. I’m all about the soft now, and this is not, so I’m returning it, and continuing my search for a cutie cardigan.

It fits exactly as described, long and oversized. If you want a more snug fit, size down, but sleeves will still probably be loose. It fits easily over other tops. It is a lighter than average cardigan, but it is still cable knit, so not exactly summer weather friendly. Great for cool evenings. I got the mustard color, which is more golden than the picture, but I like it. Will probably order more in different colors.
