2012 Ram 1500 Express. Take your time. Pull off the short factory installed guards front and back. I pulled the factory screws and reused all I could (longer). You will use 3 each (supplied with flares) per side on the front with the supplied retaining clips. At this time I cleaned and waxed the area (three to four inches) that would be covered by the flares (Sorry, OCD kicked in). When you start install be careful, pieces will be hot. Start at the top center and work out each way, but do not fully tighten yet. You will have to push in and up as you go back and tighten up. The rear will have enough factory screws. The front I used the factory screws two on each end and one in the top middle. I used the supplied screws in the rest of the holes in between. Perfect fit with no gaps. Letting them lay in the sun allowed them to "mold" themselves to the body of the truck. You can see in the pictures I did not have to remove the badging. I admit this took a lot more time but they look great.

These fender flares worked great for my 2014 Ram 1500. They seem durable and the alignment was perfect. I would recommend letting them sit in the sun for a bit before install, but otherwise the fitment was perfect. Great value for the cost! I did also order the 3M fender liner to protect my paint. Would definitely purchase again.

Lign up and hole placement was spot on. Only only issue or what would make it better is 3M tape along the ridge to bond it to the finder and prevent water or road debris from getting in, which can cause corrosion.

Package came the next day and was well packaged. Install took maybe 2 hours. My only wish is that the screws were longer and a big thicker to replace the factory screws but ultimately I just reused the factory screws and it looks amazing. Very subtle and affordable would definitely buy again in the future.
