I put off buying a Yeti because all of the previous travel mugs I bought that stated “stays hot a long time” were lies, however, this mug is fantastic. I work in a warehouse that is 45 degrees and my coffee stayed super hot for 6.5 hours. In an office environment it will definitely stay hot for 8 hours. I am saving money on K-Cups now because I am not dumping out cold coffee. I purchased the 20 ounce Rambler with a handle. It’s perfect for women. Three fingers fit perfectly in the handle. Without the handle it would be difficult to get a good grip on the mug due its weight and diameter; especially if you’re wearing gloves. This mug does not leak, but be sure the lid is open when you put it on so as not to create a vacuum which prevents it from sealing tight. I am so impressed with this mug that I purchased a 14 ounce coffee mug for my daily coffee when I am at home.

Nice size for my velvety caramel latte protein drink I make at home. But it takes it right up to the lip so I still have to drink some in order to get the lid on.... so debating if I want the 25 oz size although I think that one comes with a straw. I like the handle. I don't mind that it fits just 3 fingers. And I didn't realize it, but the lid screws on & off. Just put it at quarter turn beyond where you want it and tighten. I like that lid closes well, you have to push down on slider and push back to open. For cleaning, there's a couple things to disassemble then reassemble so keep your instructions til u figure it out. Overall I really like it. I needed it to hold more than my old Starbucks 16 oz stainless mug I got back in the late 80's, early 90's. Now THAT mug keeps liquids hot far longer than ANY other mug I have, including Yeti. In fact, tea & coffee is way too hot to drink for the 1st hour. I'd be on my way to work and couldn't drink anything cuz it's too hot! They don't make 'em like they used to. So if you ever come across a pretty OLD insulated mug, grab it cuz it might be one of those that is made the way they SHOULD be.

I use this mug daily for my coffee at work. It keeps my coffee hot in the morning, including when I walk outside in extremely cold weather til getting indoors at work. I have noticed, however, that after multiple washing in the dishwasher, the lid does leak some coffee. I have noticed this while walking, which can be annoying.

The lid is difficult to remove, but that's both a pro and a con. If you don't mind a little struggle, it does leave you with a sense that at least the tumbler is sealed very well! It's not just mine, either (my dad mentioned he has one that the lid was almost impossible to get off), so be wary if you think this will affect your daily routine. Also a little disappointing that your options for color are severely impacted by how much you're willing to spend; I've seen the prices for this same product range from $20-200 based off availability of the color you're wanting. All-in-all I am very pleased with my purchase, however. My coffee stays very hot for around 2 hours and never managed to cool down to room temperature, the tumbler is air-tight so no spills have occurred, the base fits in all my cup holders, the handle is very comfortable, and the lid is much easier to clean than some of the other well-known brands. Definitely worth the money!
