Ok, I did a simple test, no tools. - Put ice inside YETI Rambler 10oz. - Home/office temperature 78 farenheits - 1-2 hours, no sign of melt. - In 3 hours, I could start seeing ice melting, a little amount of water, not much, not even a small spoon. - I slept :-) . After 17 hours, I saw at least around of 70% melted. - 22 hours, 90%. Here I considered the end of the test for me. Conclusion: For inside home/office use, lasting at least 3 hours as it did, I found it really good results, I should drink my iced drink in less time than that, otherwise, where is the fun?! 🙂 I hope to do a test outside the home, I will post later if I accomplish it. I will not be doing tests with hot beverages, just not interested now. ... show more

I dont drink a lot of coffee. I usually have a small espresso some mornings. This is perfect and retains the heat almost a little too well. Magnetic slider makes cleaning easy. Love it. Who cares if it leaks, dont shake it around like a maniac and you'll be fine. It's coffee, not a protein shake! I work in the trades and have had no problem with it spilling/leaking out. It's only 10oz anyway it's not like you're going to be sipping on it all day. I usually have it gone within 30 minutes of making it. Nice item easy to clean. I really like the simple stainless steel finish and the magnetic slide that is removable. This is a 10 oz mug with no handles but is perfect for at home and does a decent job at keeping coffe war. Mind you this is not a leak proof vacuum insulated mug soo keep that in mind that your coffee will not stay hot all day. I LOVE the 10oz Lowball! I drink a lot, and the rambler keeps-up with me. We use them at home, on the beach, and at camp. Super easy clean-up, and super durable. Perfect size & weight. We have a lot of Yeti stuff, but the lowballs get the most use. My wife likes the MagSlider lid while camping to keep the bugs out of her sugary cocktails. I had to adjust some recipes due to the ice not melting, but now that I have adjusted….my cocktails are never going back to glass. Literally pays for itself by conserving ice. ... show more

This things shows finger prints worse than a cheap stainless steel appliance. Thankfully, it’s easy to clean. I love these mugs, but will stick to the colored/textured ones from now on.

I discovered that these tumblers are fantastic for eating ice cream. The ice cream doesn’t melt and, in fact, the ice cream gets colder in the mug. I will never eat ice cream from a traditional bowl again.
