The media could not be loaded. This product will turn on. It will go, but it stops in the middle of spinning. I cannot make any projects with this. I’m requesting a full refund..

The first product was delivered full of scratches and gauges in the spin plate and frame. The second one came with none, but has wires sticking out the bottom and the button assembly is loose. The plate wobbles on top and turns on and off intermittently when at high speed. I can't seem to find a way to contact the manufacturer and just overall really disappointed I can't use this tool for the second time and am going to be responsible taking both this machines back to the UPS.
