The pieces interlocked snuggly, and when we got to the edge where we needed to custom fit the mat against one wall, the cutting was simple. To get a concise edge, I suggest you cut from the top with a straight edge. We chose the marble pattern which does a great job of disguising the interlocking pieces and dirt. Used this for my man cave in a basement that can flood in heavy rains. Looks great, cost was great, easy to cut. Fit with previously installed foam tiles too. Just don't wear socks on the wood grain tiles, they are very slippery!

I really like the light wood grain look. They aren't very thick so not overly comfortable but works great as a base layer over concrete then I use a thick yoga mat to workout on. They clean up very well too.. I used bleach on a spot where my dog had an accident and no stains.

It’s easy to put together. It cleans easily. I wouldn’t sit anything heavy on it, but it’s great for floor exercise. I replaced a rug with this when I got a new puppy that likes to pee on rugs. This is much easier to clean than a rug. I sweep and mop it. I will use it after my puppy is house trained since it’s easy to clean and better for floor exercises than the rug. ... show more

The woodgrain is easily damaged and SO THIN. But, foam is nice, fits together well. Just likely won't stay nice looking for long. Was scratched up within 2 minutes of my kids being on it..
