These blue seamless leggings passed heavy lift day Wore them for squats, RDLs, split squats & hip thrusts and they did NOT move. High waist stays put, no rolling, no sliding on the bench. The compression is supportive without feeling stiff, and the subtle scrunch/contour in the back gives that lifted, rounded look (especially on glute day 👀). Not too much scrunch look on the crack. Love the flattering dip in the front and back. Not see through. Great value. Thick and warm for cold walks to the gym. I’m 5’6” 143 lbs and the medium is perfect. I love these leggings. They have just the right amount of compression and have just the right amount of stretch. They are definitely not see through either. They’re a perfect fit, they make my butt look great, and they’re so soft! I have about 10 pairs of them and wear them regularly. They are very durable and they work for hot and cold temperatures and can handle various levels of activity. Excellent brand and quality product at a decent price.

The media could not be loaded. Let me say I don’t really leave reviews very often but these leggings are so worth all the hype!! These leggings!! Great Dupe for Alphalete! I was worried about the scrunch in the back because it did not look hidden at all (when I was just opening up the package). I will say it definitely does still go up your butt a little BUT it looks so subtle in my opinion. It accentuates the glutes in the most perfect way! They are very stretchy but also have nice compression to them. I would size down if you’re looking for a more snatched look. I usually wear a small and in these leggings I bought an extra small and they fit perfectly. Especially because there’s so much stuff to the material. I just feel like it’s more flattering on the waist when you have a size smaller. I have worked on these leggings twice and they are very durable. I had a booty band around my knees. I was having a bar touch my shins as I was doing Romanian deadlifts. There is no fraying. The fabric holds together very nice. Like I said it’s Alphalete but better in my opinion! The V cut in the front and the Vika in the back makes such a difference in the appearance of your waist, as well as putting a nice emphasis on the glutes. I highly recommend these leggings! I really hope that they come out with more colors because I want to own every single pair!! I am 5’3” weighing 116lbs with a lean muscular build and a mother of 2! It holds me in and all the right places! I really hope more ladies finally these leggings because they have changed my gym life and my home life! So happy!! I have the dark grey ones, coffee, bright blue, and the dark berry color and I’m getting MORE!!

Good, comfortable and soft. The size corresponds. The material is good and does not feel cheap at all. I’m 5’9” and they are long enough for me. The stomach band is good and does not make the lower abdomen stick out. The scrunch is good and does its job and lifts and separates the glutes. They are easy to put on and adjust. They are not transparent.

GREAT VALUE. Nice fit in the rear, provides lift and separation. The front is cut so as to not create "toe". High waist cut prevents leggings from rolling down during Yoga classes Thickened waist band and V scrunch fabric, hides the outline of a thong. A great legging for the price.

I have a lot of leggings but just a few favorites. I'm especially fond of the brand Baleaf on Amazon as well as the Aoxjox brand. The fabric on both are super soft but still have good compression for the gym. These, on the other hand, are not BAD per se ... they're TIGHT. You know? The waist has a lot of compression but I lean towards saying TOO much? The fabric, while not scratchy, isn't super soft and comfortable either. They remind me of like polyester tights. The thing I want to say I do NOT like about them is the way the butt scrunch is TAUGHT, it pulls up tightly in your butt crack. I have some that I bought on Shein, Easithlete brand, that are amazing. The fabric is comfortable and gives as does the butt scrunch. These? Not so much. I was almost afraid it was going to rip during a squat and so didn't really do my squats as I normally would. I may not even wear them again unless I do because I'm in the mood to wear the color (which is why I bought them) (shrug) I gave them a 3 - not bad - not great - middle of the road.
