I got a Medium. For reference, I am 5' and roughly 135-140lbs. I am probably a small 36-38B cup. I was not wearing panties or a bra when I tried it on. The material is very soft on the skin and smooth. There was no uncomfortable stitching, specifically in the booty area. I feel like because I have a big butt, I automatically jumped to a medium, but because I am smaller chested I feel like a small could have worked. That being said, there is padding in the breast area, and the back straps are adjustable. However you may have to loosen them to wiggle in and out of it. I did eventually get a camel toe as I was moving around and trying different angles and squats. I preferred to have the front of the shorts pulled up instead of pulled all the way down like a mid thigh bike short. Overall I love this new staple to my gym and casual wardrobe! Additionally for the ladies on the fence, my husband's jaw dropped and he was absolutely speeeeeechless (amongst other things 😂) when he saw me! Honestly I love this new piece and it made me feel good. I think you will love it to, just get it ❤️❤️❤️
