She's about 5'4, 130lbs(ish). The medium fits well; I'd recommend going one size up than normal because it's pretty tight and you need to leave some room for her to fill it out in the front and the back. Very flattering and sexy. Husband absolutely loves when i put it on. I ordered a small. I am 5'6, 120 lbs, 34C. Fit great. Provides great cleavage. The only "complaint" I can think of is the snaps between the legs get umcomfortable after awhile, but I generally dont wear bodysuits and other things that snap between the legs, so i am just not used to it. The Romper is cute but definitely have a look at what it looks like in the photo of the mannequin and do not judge based off whatever the model is wearing, not only is that extremely Photoshopped it is not what you will receive. It does not fit nicely, it's kind of just like a potato sack and makes you look shapeless once you have it on. But is also super tight up against the crotch. And to be clear, my body is a little bit more like the model than the mannequins so I expected it to fit prettier. I ordered the long sleeved grey and red long sleeves in a large. It has snap buttons down the front and then these white plastic buttons on the bottom closure to make using the bathroom so you don’t have to unsnap the upper snaps and take the entire onesie off. I’m 5’6 and fluctuate between 125-140 at my ever heaviest. The sleeves are a little more tighter than I prefer and the length is also a little short than I prefer. When I put it on and walked out into our living room the hubbin’s mouth hit the floor and from there he couldn’t keep his hands off of me. He has requested I order some of the other colors and the short sleeved in different colors. I definitely recommend sizing up if you don’t enjoy looking and feeling like a stuffed sausage that’s ready to burst at any given moment. I normally wear clothes from medium to large. After reading other reviews I decided to play it safe and size up to large. I am definitely ordering an XL so I don’t feel like a stuffed sausage. lol. The funny thing is Amazon actually recommended I order in medium and boy am I glad I didn’t listen to the suggestion. I'm 5'6" and 195-200 lbs, normally wear XL or women's 16. I was gifted the XL and it's too small and too short. It pulls on my shoulders, and I wish it were 2-3" longer. The sleeves are also a little tight and the end doesn't quite hit my wrists. The size chart does say XL is 12-14, so it likely fits true to the chart.
