I am 5’5 and weigh 148 pounds. I purchased a large and am glad I did. You can adjust the straps to your comfort but the material is a bit thin so I suggest checking that you undergarments aren't showing a line. I purchased this in green and it is such a beautiful color.

I would say the only con is it's basically a romper so be prepared to undo a knot to get it down to go to the bathroom. It's perfect for summer weather.
