It was pretty nicely priced, and while I initially thought it would not be of very good quality, I was wrong in that assessment. - Comfort: this changing pad has turned out to be quite soft. My baby so far has seemed to approve and seems to be pretty happy to be there. While I have not used it as often as I thought due to my preference of changing him in the bed, this changing pad has still paid for itself. I bought this based off of other reviews I saw after looking at so many different brands, especially the more popular and expensive ones. After using this the first month I went ahead and bought another to take for an international move! It comes vacuum packed so it’s super easy to pack away. It fluffs up in about a day or so and becomes so soft! My one month old loves being on this! He’s fallen asleep a few times on it and when he’s fussy and I lay him for a change his mood immediately changes to a happy one! The cover is comes with is very soft. We haven’t had a major blow out yet but I have a burp cloth I don’t like too much on top of the original cover just incase. You definitely don’t need an extra cover or layer because it’s easily removable and washable but I like the added layer! The cover comes with a grippy type material so it doesn’t slide around on whatever surface you have it on and it even had a little belt to use for added safety (I haven’t used it but I’m assuming some people would like this feature). It’s higher on the sides and lower in the middle so you don’t have to worry about your wiggly baby rolling off. The actual material it’s made out of is easy to wipe down too!
