Definitely bigger than size 3 so more coverage in the front and back to prevent leaks. Our baby had a big poop yesterday and I’m so glad we sized up, else I would’ve had to deal with a blowout. Thickness-wise, it definitely holds more pee and doesn’t need changing as much (unless the blue line is near halfway). I say it’s pretty durable and worth it. He hasn’t had rashes so far with this brand and he’s already 8 months old. *Picture is comparing our last size 3 to size 4. Doesn’t look all that different but, it definitely holds more pee and is longer. Size 3 just hits his belly button but eventually goes under his belly from constant movement and being full.
