The media could not be loaded. The product arrived and did not have any signs of damage to the packaging. Unfortunately the top piece (and most visible) had several large dents in it. Based on several other reviews, this seems to be a packaging issue. Unfortunately, due to timing contraints we don’t have the option to return for a refund 😕.
