I would have given this a 5 star rating, but this a heavy barn gor my grandson to carry without the door latching shut. If it would have had away for the two parts to close together, then I would have rated it a 5. It is a sturdy well made barn. My grandson will be able to play with this for many years to come. ... show more

My kid absolutely loves this! All the parts of it are super fun! The barn is beautiful, well built, and well painted. The animals are super cute and the fence and other accessories are a nice touch. The one thing that your kid needs to be aware of is the fact that wood is not always as durable as plastic. We had an issue with the fence breaking while my kid was trying to fold it up. I was able to glue it back together, but it likely will break again now that the structural integrity is lost. I would not want these things to be made of plastic however since the wood is part of what makes this so beautiful and special. I would definitely recommend it, but just make sure your kid knows to play more gently than with something made of plastic. ... show more

I am obsessed with this YEEBAY Farm Animals Toys for 3+ Year Old Kids Toddlers Girls Boys, Large Wooden Barn with Animal Play Figures, Farm Playset Educational Learning toy! I especially love that it's educational as well as entertaining. The farmhouse and the puzzle/pieces are all made of wood and are really sturdy and chunky, perfect for little hands and for encouraging hand/eye coordination during play. The size is perfect for the little ones, making it not a choking hazard for the little ones who put everything in their mouth. My four-year-old grandson loves to play Old Mac Donald with this set, and he is entertained by the different animals which he loves to identify and make their sounds. My one year old grandson also likes to play with this toy, and he especially likes it when we show him how to put the animals into the barn - yayyyyy!!! This is a really well made, sturdy, fun and educational toy, and I love that it is a perfect toy for kids from 1 to early elementary school age. I got this for my 2.5yo. I had a bigger one from Melissa and Doug that was great quality but it was huge and took up too much precious space! This barn is the perfect size and very well made. Big enough for my 2yo to play with it and move the animals around but not so big that when he is not playing with it it takes up too much space in his room.
