The hair is nice and soft. However, the “pocket” is not really a pocket, it’s the space created when the ponytail is tapped around your hair. This can be a problem if you’re trying to cover a braid or hair of a different texture. The wrapping piece could be thicker and if you are a beginner you may find it frustrating to get the ponytail to lay and look good. The hair also tangle easily. So, I really like the style and quality of this ponytail extension. HOWEVER, I would like a word with the person who manufactured this though… the wrap around piece is on the WRONG side… as I had a very difficult time re/attempting to put it in. I finally got so frustrated I just cut it and sewed it on the other side. Now it is much easier to wrap around my own hair. The velcro kept getting stuck on my own hair and it hurt! I was highly annoyed…😫😒 The other way was super awkward and did not make sense. I have been wearing wigs and ponytail extensions for many years now and I have never had an extension wrap on right side as it is always on the left side. It is all good now and I really like it. Make sure you have a good leave conditioner and some oil as this hair type will frizz up very easily especially in humidity. ... show more
