I've had it for a while now and every time I've used it for shots up close the video comes out extremely jittery. I own 3 other sliders and none of them have this issue. I'm guess either something is wrong with mine or it's just the nature of a slider of this length... all my other sliders are a bit shorter but produce better results. When using this slider where there is distance between the camera and subject the video looks pretty good but when I use the slider for closeup product shots the video is way too jittery to use. I hope someone is reading this and can respond with a solution that I can try to get this working better. Disappointed.

For $400 this slider is amazing! Pro - Carbon fiber rails provide durable support for your camera and gear. - The motor creates smooth motion in almost any scenario - You can connect a gimbal and use both combined to create more unique movement - The whole setup is very light. other than the length of the beams it's very portable. Cons - Minor noise when in use above 50% power. - There are no extra mounting screws so don't lose the ones they give you. - Lastly, the use of the box is somewhat difficult. I found myself resorting to the app because of its ease of use.
