The customer service was great, let me start there. The 1st one came broken and they replaced it right away. It took a minute for me to get it put together correctly, it's the front that's tricky with one side going over the front piece and the other going under the front piece. I figured it out and LOVE IT! I actually carry it fully assembled wherever I go to do an event. You can fit 6 or 7 cupcakes across and 4 MAYBE 5 deep. I DO wish the shelves had 1 more slot per row so I could fit my parfait cupcakes in without a hitch. I did make it work in the end. In the summer heat, I will be putting icepacks under the last row. I Store my tongs in the back under the bottom shelf; there is actual space. I love that I can slide the trays out, refill them, and slide them back in. Trust me, I was trying to fill it while the trays were in it.

Excited to use this for my next vendor market! It was easy to put together, about 15 minutes and I only needed a phillip head screwdriver. I took a star away because the front window had a small scratch on it out. Thankfully you can’t really see it. Overall, I like it!

I purchased this display in 2023 to display my product at farmers markets and related events. The item was easy enough to assemble. However, it did not include washers, which would have added to the stability. I suggest if you purchase this product, to hit a local hardware store for washers. At my first event, I noticed how the angled shelving allowed customers to see the product without needing to bend over. I did at the start put small signs in for description and pricing. Those fell over rather quickly. The first cracks showed up after my 3rd show. As the bottom piece is too thin, it bends when being carried and transported. The bottom (for my needs) should be much thicker for stability's sake. I am now 7 months into my business, with only 4 months of using the display, and I am already looking for a replacement. If I decided on buying this again, I will need to find a thick cutting board to attach it to so I won't encounter excessive cracking in the future. If your plan is to keep this in one location, its a lovely piece, and should fit your needs for some time. But for those of us who do not have a brick and mortar locale, look long and hard before you buy.

Sorry, I did not take a picture of the damage, but based on the packaging and design of the piece that broke, it is likely many others will run into this issue as well. The bottom piece of acrylic has an acute turn at the front and is where the front panel screws into the case. Along that acute curve the plastic broke pretty clean. No external damage on the packaging. We needed it next day for our first Vendor event so I got my contact glue out and put her back together. Been using it nearly every weekend since, the patch is holding well. I contacted Amazon support trying to request a replacement part, but they could only offer a return or full replacement (after receiving). We are going to be busy for a few months with it, can't really give it up and wait for a replacement. Otherwise the case is nice, a little cheap when it comes to the door handles and latching magnets, but good price compared to the competition. Is big enough to fit a half sheet, comes with the clear half sheet shelfs.

Loved the cases for our display but there is a glare on them from our front store windows in our shop but we do love them. Also screws do have to be tightened often or the nuts will work their way off.
