Was desperate to find a safe sleeping solution for my autistic child as we’ve been through several of the Alvantor bed tents already as they are thinly made, popes break easily and several pole ends popped thru the fabric, kids easily tripped thru the screened sections or the seam where fabric of tent is sewn to the bottom part was easily torn. Wasn’t happy with their tent quality or their customer service, so I was desperate to find a better tent solution while waiting for a safety bed from our insurance. Pros: LOVE the poles being sturdier and on the outside of the tent. This makes the whole tent more secure and the child can’t get to them to break them. Nice dark fabric insures a good nights sleep even in summer months when it’s lighter lm out later Lots of options for screened sections in summer heat so it stays cooler with ceiling fan on Folds down to a super small size which would make it great for traveling / vacations etc Perfect for a college kid too! Cons: doesn’t have a “bottom” to it. Though my son has realized it mostly because the tent is tight once on the frame so when u install it over the mattress and tuck in under the mattress it’s quite tight. Now, that’s not saying a smart kid couldn’t figure it out and wriggle their way out my so far my 6 yo Houdini hasn’t gotten out that way. The zippers can be opened from inside or outside which of course is needed for your average person but if you are using this for a neuro diverse child then it’s an issue. I had to cut off all the cords attached to the zipper pulls and had to use locking caribeaners on outside zippers to make sure he could elope during the night while I slept. This worked great and was still super easy for me to unlock in a dark room when o needed to get him up for the bathroom, nightmare etc. I bought those caribeaners off Amazon as well. Overall, it’s working so I can sleep at night! Is it a true safety bed no, could small improvements be made by the company to make it an affordable options for parents needing a safety bed but can’t afford the $7000 -$15000 price tag yes!!! And I’ve sent in my suggestions to them and they were very responsive. Overall very happy! I haven’t slept in 8 years with 3 autistic kiddos and I’m happy to say day one out for f the box I slept the whole night thru which was the first time in a long time and MUCH needed.

This thing is great, and without even reading the instructions, I was able to set it up in less than 30mins. It's super sturdy, too. I got the Full, and it fits my bed perfectly. Easy to get in and out of, and it does block light rather well. Plus it just feels fun to be in. Its symmetry pleases me, as well. I also appreciate the double pockets on either side It's not exactly going to keep you warm tho, it does stop drafts, but it kind of just evens out to the ambient room temperature on the inside, even with the doors zipped closed. And maybe I didn't notice, but I wouldn't have minded a slot to pass cords through, but not the biggest of deals. But if none of that's an issue for you, then 10/10 would buy again and recommend to a friend.

When I purchased this item I was nervous because I didn’t know if it would fit correctly or if it was durable but I must say it’s my best purchase this year. Not only does it fit well, it’s easy to assemble, it provides major privacy. It’s like I’m in my very own oasis. It has 2 sides that zips up or down at your discretion. You can even unzip the bottom and raise the flaps to watch television. It has two layers, one is sheer and the other provides blackout. The tents are customized by the size of your bed. It comes in twin, full, queen, and king size. The bottom of the tent fits around your mattress like a fitted sheet and it’s true to its size. I’ve literally have had mine up for a month now and I haven’t had any issues at all. I will definitely purchase again, maybe even purchase it as a gift to family members.. it’s really that good

The product is of good quality although a bit hard to set up. Instructions are not great and I had a rough time getting the bottom part on the mattress, a bit to tight. It does work well for keeping the drafts out of my bed. It keeps the sleeping space warmer than the room. I am looking forward to snug sleeping this winter.

This thing is pretty awesome. Fun little indoor bed tent. Easy to put together and the double window/doors on the sides allows just to have the bug net closed or have it all the way open. It’s also awesome to close up and sleep inside because it gets really dark in there. Fits the kids little couch bed perfectly.

This sleeping tent barely had any integrity to it, after a week of being set up it started sagging and collapsing in on itself. While putting it together 2 snaps broke immediately before we could put them to use. My 8 month olds fingers got caught between the bed and the tent frame twice and it was painful and very scary for him. I've sense took it down and thrown it in the dumpster. It became more of a problem and/or a way for my 8 month old to injure himself. I thought it was safe for children, because in the pictures of the product the tent is very rigid and supported looking, and there's a mother and child in the tent. Worst product I've ever purchased from Amazon, I hate that I wasted the money and wish I would have bought something else useful instead of that hazard.

My daughter has a loft bed from Pottery Barn and the distance to the ceiling from under the mattress is exactly 39 inches. I'm not sure if the bed caused the poles to bow out or what but they were impossible to get into position without scraping up the ceiling. We never got it fully up so I can't comment on the quality, but I can say that if you're putting it on a loft rather than a traditional bunk, you may need higher than 8 ft ceilings or a different product.

The product came quickly and there were no damage. I was able to put it together by myself in a matter of about 20 minutes. I was able to install it on the bed under the mattress as it showed in the instructions. That was a little difficult because the bed that we have is a top bunk and kind of insets into, the frame. It has enough flaps were air can get through to the child. She has leaned on it multiple times and it has stayed in place. Overall, very happy with the product.
