This coffee is fantastic and has replaced my daily drinking coffee. I have used it in a French press and Moka Pot and the flavor is bright and smooth. It reminds me of Hawaiian coffee without the expensive price tag. I store the large bag in my freezer to help preserve the roast while I keep 16oz of beans on the counter in an air-tight container.
