I wear a XXL in almost every brand shirt I own….I bought these in XXL and they’re snug. Not terribly snug, I could still wear them but if I gain a few more pounds these won’t fit. They’re nice and light weight and pretty stretchy. Gave it 4 stars for how small the sizing runs
