This case will hold everything. Your glucometer, test strips, etc In the top zipper part. The bottom zippered part will hold a cold pack and syringes. Then the insert that goes in the bottom part can hold another cold pack, a sleeve for an insulin pen, two loops for two bottles of insulin, and a used needle Clipper. I’ve had it several months and it’s holding up great and I am in and out of it at least four times a day! Most importantly, it keeps a glucometer separate from the cold packs since cold can affect the readings you get on a glucometer. January 2026 Update This case is held up really well, and it gets a lot of use and handling during each and every day. The fabric is not stained, faded, Or have any worn edges. I have tried to find a good case to hold my testosterone supplies while traveling and to just keep them organized. This case has served this purpose well. The removable folding pouch holds up to 3 10ml vials, alcohol pads and several needles without issue. I removed the Ice packs and added them to my kids injury ice pack collection in the freezer but the compartment works well to store extra syringes and other medications. The top portions has a zipper mesh that holds my prescriptions and a needle clipper. This is not a hard case but is padded well enough that I have not had any issues with tossing it around or dropping it. Never had a vial brake or anything else for that matter. I would assume this would work well for diabetic supplies as well with plenty of room for testing equipment, test strips and injection supplies.

Not just for diabetics. This is the most amazing bag to hold my GLP-1'S. 1) I chose this bag because it had the ice packs in the same compartment. 2) It has the folding removable wallet, which I can put in either pocket. But I keep mine in the pocket with the icepacks My vials fit nice in the elastic bands, and there is a place for some of my syringes and alcohol pads. 3) The other zipper compartment I put the rest of my syringers and alcohol pads. This way I wont have to touch that pocket until I need more supplies, and I am able to get them off my counter. The Zippers are easy to use, they dont stick. They slide very easy. The material is not cheap at all, definetly high quality. The ice packs are also good quality. I searched high and low for the perfect case, since there are many to chose from. This bag may not be all fancy with flowers and rainbows, but its the perfect case in my opinion. There is also a place to put your kewi or auto pens. BUY IT.. !!

This little cooler pouch is perfect. We can fit the glucose testing kit in one side and several insulin pens with the little ice packs in the other side. I originally ordered one that only had room for the ice packs and insulin pens. That one was also black and blended in with all of my husband's other little pouches and such. This one is purple, so it's easy to find and it can hold more things.

I keep my ivf meds in it so that I can travel with my shots and give them to myself on time. one side holds little freezer packs to keep your shots cool, the other side for shots that don't need to be. perfect size to fit in a medium sized handbag.
