This is a great product! It’s priced very well and it’s very versatile. I purchased to use as a blanket ladder to store blankets and fill a large are of open wall space. It looks great! It was very easy to put together; took me less than 5 mins. It seems like it might not be sturdy but I was to put 3 throws and a weighted blanket on it with no issues. It stays against the wall and is stable. I will note the wood color is darker than the color shown in the product pictures. Love the blanket ladder from Yamazaki! If you read the instructions super easy to put together, even alone like I did. The top and bottom bars roll which doesnt change any of the functionality really. Its a sturdy metal, it is lightweight but with blankets on it etc not so easy to budge on accident. Nice and tall and easy to assemble but not worth $50.00 in my opinion. Things like this I think to myself: If I saw this in a store what would I be willing to pay to take it home with me? After putting it together I did notice that it's a little wobbly, the bars rotate in their fittings, and it always looks slightly un-proportional to me. That said, it serves it's purpose admirably and I'm happy with it. I just wish there were similar options for less as it looks great but it's not the quality I expected for $50.00. Luckily, it has small rubber stoppers to prevent it from damaging the wall but I'd suggest making sure you have an open space to put it as it's super light. ... show more

It is pricier than similar items but I love this piece. It's well made, so easy to assemble, and looks great. Minimalist footprint and can fit a variety of decor styles.

This was an excellent purchase and I have little to know issues with it. It could just be me because my apartment has fairly high ceilings but the product just feels a bit small. Height and width (especially width). It is very sturdy however the entire product is incredibly light weight so putting and taking off blankets causes it to shift. I’ve adopted an extra strand of grace when interacting with it. The colors are rich and wood stain makes it look like a high end piece. If anyone has the immensely popular Ikea FJALLBO media stand or coffee table, it matches perfectly. It looks like it came from that line of furniture. It’s also insanely easy to assemble, I always judge a piece depending on how far I can get without the instructions, I only had to look at the picture it was so easy. Assembly took literally 2 minutes. The price could be better, it is a little steep for something as quant and simple, nevertheless it remains a high quality piece. ... show more

The overall sturdiness of the rack is a little wobbly, not much, but it does depend on the assembly being tight and staying that way. I plan to loosen the screws and use the blue glue made for this kind fastener security. The assembly is clear cut though the instructions are minimalist drawings, you will need Philips head screw driver, the small Allen wrench is included. And a nice addition, an extra short and long screw were labeled and in in a separate package. Tip: Use a short bungee cord if you are the one person assembly team. It will hold the open end rods in place while you get to the screw end ones in place to tighten the frame. Slight issue with one of the short screw holes not lining up but loosening some of the other joints works, but of course, don't overdo the loosening. This stand replaces an old curlicue metal blanket stand that broke, I don't miss it because it was a room hog. Overall this is a nice slim clean cut well finished rack that displays my seasonal couch throws nicely and separately. ... show more

Arrived carefully packaged with no dents, scratches, or damage of any kind. No missing parts, all screws accounted for plus one extra of each type. Super easy to assemble! It helped to loosen the pre-installed hex bolts as suggested to improve alignment when assembling the side rails. Don't over tighten the screws! Lightweight steel but sturdy once assembled. Looks cheap-ish in the box, but clean and modern once I put it together and leaned it against the wall. Came with color-matched stickers to cover up the exposed screws on the outside of the rails. Nice touch, and only nitpick is the stickers aren't quite big enough to totally seal around the screw head. Bumpers at the top end work well to protect wall paint. End of my bed and sacrificial chair are breathing a sigh of relief. ... show more

I followed instructions for assembly and encountered some difficulty in connecting the top section to the bottom section on one side. I did see the little note to loosen the Z screw to align the X hole (in joining top section to bottom section). However, this did not solve the problem. I did manage to partially thread the screw (at a slight angle) but it is sticking out now. Although this piece is cute, it is far too expensive for how flimsy it is and especially with the screw holes not being properly machined. Would not buy again. ... show more
