Carb works perfectly direct replacement for my PowerMate 5500 generator which fired right up on first pull. Unfortunately, the fuel fitting is 3/16" line versus my original carb had 1/4" and my entire original fuel line is 1/4". New kit included a short section of 3/16" hose which unfortunately is the SUPER cheap rubber (not braided; not reinforced; no SAE marking; unrated) which to me is NOT a durable product that I want sitting with fuel in it for years. So if you buy this carb, ALSO purchase a new short section of 3/16" SAE rated fuel line AND a 1/4" to 3/16" brass reducer barbed fitting.

Used this on my Harbor Freight 9000 Predator generator. Worked like a champ. The provided gaskets were slightly larger around the outside of the part but matched up perfectly with the intake and other holes. (As you can see, I'm not an "engine" guy... just know enough to get into trouble :-P ... )
