I swapped my golf cart motor out with a predator 459 and was having trouble starting the engine and keeping it idled correctly as the stock carburetor had no adjustments. This carburetor bolted up nicely, and solved all my hard starting, idle and acceleration issues that I had with the stock predator 459 carburetor. I even swapped around some of the main Jets that were included and swapped the around the emulsion tubes from stock carburetor to this carburetor, but it ran best with how this carburetor was set up from the start, all I really had to do was bolt it on and adjust the fuel screw. But since I was tinkering I figured I'd try swapping the Jets and emulsion tubes around to see if I can get any better performance but I could not it was perfect the way it was. I highly recommend this carburetor especially for the price.

This is my 3rd carburetor on my 420 Predator, running on a golf cart. All the other so called performance ones were complete junk. They never were consistent and no amount of tuning could get them dialed in. The moment i pulled this out of the package it looked like a quality product. It took a total 10 minutes for install, changed the jets to a .42 and had to tweak the air fuel screw a pinch and it runs like it never did before. If you’re thinking about buying this just do it, won’t be disappointed. Very rarely do I leave a review for Amazon products, but this absolutely deserved one.

THIS IS THE BEST CARBURETOR THAT YOU CAN BUY FOR YOUR STOCK ENGINE. I BOUGHT THIS FOR A 420 CC SIMPSON PRESSURE WASHER. THE OTHER CARBURETORS I BOUGHT WERE GIVING ME A LOT OF PROBLEMS. HARD TO START SURGING NOT FULL POWER. THIS CARBURETOR IS AMAZING STARTS UP SO EASILY HAS FULL POWER. THE QUALITY IS GREAT 10 OUT OF 10.

Purchased this for my 37 ton log splitter and it runs well, seems to take a little longer to warm up and sometimes runs the bowl out of fuel. Definitely doesn't need the petcock built in but not a huge issue if you don't mind modifying your equipment to get proper fitment. Easily installed and a great price
