Thank you, Alto Music! Received quickly and in perfect condition! The Yamaha 362H is a beautiful flute and the sound is just as beautiful! I played in school for four years and off and on over the last 20+ years. I’ve had other flutes but Yamaha is my favorite. I actually had a more expensive flute (Pearl Dolce) that I sold because I just preferred the sound of the Yamaha. I finally decided to start really playing again and this flute was exactly what I was looking for. Love how Yamaha upgraded the Intermediate level flutes! The pointed keys are beautiful touch! The silver Headjoint sounds even better than my old Yamaha did. I highly recommend this flute for anyone looking to upgrade to a Intermediate/Advanced flute. This is not a professional flute so unless you are going that direction, this one should meet your needs. I also love the new case Yamaha has made for these flutes...a really nice French case with a carrying case to put it in.     • Used flute bought from Amazon Warehouse-Knockoff!!!
After having what we thought was a used Yamaha flute (originally made in Japan), a pin was missing. We took the flute to our local music store who only works on Yamaha (why I had purchased it in the first place). So we learn not only is a pin missing, but the whole thing is "dented," but should be able to be popped back out. A day later, I get a phone call telling me this is actually a knockoff. The metal is weaker, the serial number doesn't match those of the true Yamaha brand. I knew it was a risk buying from Amazon, but I figured they at least had someone to look at the instruments and check to make sure they work; or are the true brand. I don't have this kind of money to drop on a piece of trash. $800 dollars for something that is now unplayable. I learned my lesson. ... show more
