Feels a little thin and flimsy, but it does the job. Buckle feels secure. I have a minimal rig (radio, OC, gloves, keys, flashlight), so I'm not sure how it would hold up with a baton + firearm + magazines.

This is a very good duty belt, bought to replace a leather one that I don`t like. The buckle is heavy duty, but it`s easy to adjust the length, the belts woven composition make it flexible and comfy to wear, but some of the pouches don`t work for me and other buyers have expressed their concerns with it also. The radio pouch, the important one to me, is too small so I gave it 4 Stars. That being said, yes I would recommend it to others, but it would be helpful to buyers if you added the pouch dimensions to the information in your listing. Thank you! ... show more

So this is a great introduction belt for light security officers or guards. It is NOT a belt for security or law enforcement because it’s not heavy duty enough. First, the good. I like the buckle. I like the material. I like the velcro. I have not had the chance to see if the snaps fall apart as others have stated due to the bad. The bad.... when the description says it has an adjustable size up to 48". They are lying. If you undo the velcro ends and open it up (which lets the buckle fall off, the total length is 48", but at this point it is no longer a belt. It is now a strap. And i purchased a belt. So this is useless. Its less than useless because I have spent money on it, so its a negative. the max length as a belt is 38" if you want to properly use the velcro, you can stretch it to 40" if you just want a hint of the velcro holding. If i can't find a friend who can use it, I will be sending it back. ... show more

I was looking to make my son a duty belt that was actually functional. This one does a stellar job. Its as close you can get without buying the real thing. Its fully adjustable, my son is big for a 4 year old, but I was able to ditch a few of the holsters and get it small enough for him.
