The media could not be loaded. My son (3 1/2) loves this! The package arrived a day early which was awesome. We’ve used it quite a few times since we received it with and without water. The video is when we first put it up. It functions as it should and seems durable. It’s the perfect size and has held 4 kids so far (ages 2-7) with plenty of room for more. I noticed a very small hole near the stitching of the bounce house but it hasn’t affected anything. It was super easy and quick to set up and inflates within 30 seconds. I searched and compared inflatables for days before I settled on this combo. I was hesitant to purchase based on the limited reviews but am happy I did! Definitely worth the money! My son has used every feature that is available with this inflatable and has had hours of fun. My husband and I enjoy standing in the spacious pool area as well to play. The water drains pretty easily once the inflatable is airless.

Revised to 1 star because customer service is so horrible. I wanted to love it. The kids loved it. However, an internal seam between the two slides ripped the second day we had it. I contacted customer service and they are giving me the run-around about replacing it. I don’t want my kids playing on it because I’m worried that the structural integrity is compromised and they will get hurt. So now I’m out a bunch of money and a slide because they won’t replace the lemon that was sold to us.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good! The kids have used this everyday for the last couples weeks since we purchased this slide. Hoping it lasts through the summer! It was very easy to install and blows up in no time!
