- The dolly opens with ease and also collapses down extremely easy for storage or travel. It also comes with a nicely made carrying case. - When deciding whether your tripod will work with this dolly, I would recommend setting up your tripod to the height you expect to use then measure from the center of your tripod out to one leg. That should give you a good estimate on whether this will work for you. The smallest the dolly goes is roughly 12-12 1/2 in. The largest it goes is roughly 17-17 1/2 in. - Each wheel has its lock helping to make sure your tripod stays in place while photographing or simply getting your tripod set up onto the dolly. - Each leg of the dolly extends and retracts with ease depending on the length you need to fit your tripod. - Setting up my tripod onto the dolly took a few minutes to get it right but wasn’t hard. As a person who is ALWAYS moving my tripod around to get different shots, this is a godsend! I absolutely appreciate it! - Will this tripod dolly scratch your floors? Most likely not! The wheels roll really well and I’m not sure exactly what they’re made of but they feel like a soft but hard type of rubbery plastic. - The dolly feels well made, solid and sturdy.
