Just as described. The amount of balloons that provided is a LOT. You can build a very large, balloon packed arch just like the picture and still have a crazy amount of balloons to decorate other things as well. I liked how many different sizes of balloons were provided. I’ve bought many arches off amazon and have never received balloons that small or that large. The balloons are very durable as well, not one popped and I had a baby trying to pop them, biting them and all. The chrome butterfly balloon is HUGE and so pretty. The variety of shapes, sizes and colors in this thing made it so pretty. The “Y2K” was slightly smaller than the picture showed.
