Absolutely perfect. I was hesitant to buy these after seeing some pictures and it looked like some light was coming through. Which at the price I thought it was possible they were only blocking like 98% of the light. Nope they block all light even on the brightest days at least for my southwest facing sliding door in oklahoma. The insulation aspect is also not bad at all. They are wrinkly out of the package but that could be fixed or will fix itself over time. They look very nice and get the job done well. Can't recommend these enough. Also the dark red is pretty close to what you see in their pictures maybe slightly darker but thats going to depend on your phone/computer screen.

These black out curtains are exceptional at blocking light, heat, cold, and deadening outside noise a bit. The fabric is nice and soft with a suede-like appearance, and the sewn in tie-backs are a nice touch. The grommets at the top allow the curtains to easily open and close, and the curtains are overall well made. The backing is a white mesh, but the back of the actual curtain is black so the white appears more grey/silver. For reference, the color is Cappuccino, and the length is 72”. The curtains themselves are not too heavy so they hang nicely. The curtains are very wrinkled when taken out of the packaging so I ironed both sides, without lingering too long in one spot, on a cotton setting with steam. Overall, the curtains have been wonderful for blocking light, heat, and noise and are an excellent value for the cost.

I wanted heat blocking curtains for my daughter's bedroom. These made an even bigger difference than I hoped in keeping her room a comfortable temperature. I got white ones to coordinate with her room decor as well as not make the room feel too crowded. They are fully light blocking, even in white. I like the gray liner; it doesn't contrast with the white curtain like the black liners do but still does a great job thermally. The curtains were a bit wrinkled out of the package but I tossed them in the dryer with a damp towel and a few wool laundry balls. They came out great and the few remaining wrinkles were gone a few days after hanging them up. These are unfussy, work very well, and are a good value.

For under $100 to get this look is unbelievable. These are such good quality curtains and the tie back just makes them look so nice. And not only that but it darkens the whole room. I am so impressed. I never write reviews, but these are so worth it which is a rare find. I’d give it 10 stars if that was an option.

Just got these up today in our master bedroom. They look extremely well made and they definitely blocked the light of day. Haven't really tested them yet for early morning sun and we will see about the noise reduction. I do not expect a lot out of them in that way but a little less road noise would be nice. There is a bump in the road right next to our house and every school bus, truck, trailer that goes by makes a little extra noise. The fit was perfect for the 3 different window sizes I have. The color (tan/beige) is nice, but color is a very subjective thing. They were what WE wanted. We do need to iron them but I was in a hurry to get them up top surprise my wife....LOL.
