As a passionate home mixologist, I take pride in my bar setup. However, until recently, it was a mess of unorganized Bartesian capsules stuffed in plastic bins, cluttered accessories, and an overall eyesore. That's when I discovered the CO2 Burn Bartesian Pod Organizer, and let me tell you, it has completely transformed my bar area! First and foremost, the quality of this product is outstanding. The clear acrylic material used is super thick, giving it a sturdy and durable feel. What impressed me even more were the thoughtful details, like the silicone feet on the bottom of the standoffs. These little feet ensure that my bar surface or the bottom of the drawer remains scratch-free, no matter where I decided to put the organizer. I tried several locations (counter and inside the drawer) to see what might fit best and ultimately decided to put them in a drawer to keep the drink mixers out of sight from the little ones in our house! Even though the mixers do not contain alcohol, the Bartesian is an adult beverage machine, so we just felt it was better if the pods were not just sitting out in plain view! I have both the 20 pod and 30 pod versions (one was a gift), and I must say, the included connector is a game-changer. It allows me to expand my setup, keeping both organizers neatly together in my drawer, maximizing space while keeping all my Bartesian pods easily displayed at the perfect angle for reading the mixer name. No more fumbling around or searching for the right flavor because they are all organized in a row! I also tested the included spacer in another drawer that was deeper and it definitely keeps the organizer from sliding backwards when the drawer is opened/closed. However, when I installed the organizers in the widest drawer I have, they were a perfect front-to-back fit and I didn't need the spacers at all. I have silverware organizers that slide all over the place in the kitchen drawers.... so annoying! This pod organizer keeps everything snug and secure! One of the best compliments I received was from a friend who praised how well this organizer seamlessly blends with the rest of my decor. Its sleek and attractive design adds a touch of elegance to my bar setup, elevating the overall aesthetic. If you're like me and value both functionality and style, I highly recommend choosing the CO2 Burn organizer over other alternatives. I was able to adapt this to my beverage center. I think it’s best to keep the capsules refrigerated. Because it was designed to go into a drawer it has legs which were not supported on the wine rack. So I used the box that it came in to provide a foot hold. It would also fit on the lower shelves if I wished.
