The ONLY issue I have with bag is the handle which stopped functioning about 6 months ago and there is no really good way to fix it. So, it's in the lower position and I just heft the bag around. Just be concious of using the handle in the extended position without properly supporting the assembly, as if there could be such a way. The unit is well-made. I did have a problem with the plastic button aching that allows the handle to rise up and down, but also I am pretty rough with it. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they replied that they did not have that part in stock. But it was easy to buy a piece of aluminum stock at Home Depot, cut it to size, and drill a couple of holes, so that replaces the plastic button, never to be broken again. I been on the hunt for a good sized bag to haul around all my automotive detailing supplies. I probably have bought 4 or 5 different bags, of all shapes and sizes and I have found the one. I'm not a professional detailer but I do like to detail cars on the weekends. Its therapeutic for me. Especially those early summer mornings, I can literally spend hours out there doing my cars and enjoying the weather and what I'm doing. Anyway I bought this because the more products I bought, the bag eventually got heavier, obviously. I don't have a garage so I keep all my stuff in a shed. So when its time to detail, to carry a heavy detailing bag around is a bit of a pain. Not the end of the world but I'm OCD. This rolling bag is perfect because it holds nearly everything and I can roll this bag around my driveway effortlessly. I try to be as honest as I can without sounding bias or picky. My real rating for this bag is a 3.5 but I rounded it to a 4. The reason why I didn't give it a perfect rating even though I love this bag is for 2 reasons. 1, I think its slightly overpriced. This is a big bag that does what it needs to but it's a no name brand. You can get a big name brand at your local lowes or home depot although it'll be about 10 bucks more. And 2, after thorough examination and using this bag already twice, once last weekend and again today, I don't foresee the extendable handle lasting long. It didn't lock in place the first time and pulling it to roll around, with all the weight, you can feel how filmsy the entire handle is. Meaning the handle and its retractable arm. If this breaks, then I'll just buy the better name brand at lowes or something. But If this bag lasts the entire year. Or at least until winter, I suppose I got my money's worth. ... show more

Fits most of my tools with room for random items I'll use on a job. I keep a VIN tool, grinder, battery charger w/ 4 batterys, a drill and impact in here at all times with a bit of extra room. I do have to remove the battery for my grinder & VIN tool in order to fit them inside and it wouldn't fit my sawzall but I don't bring that on every site anyway. Has good internal compartments for blades and such, as well as external pockets for little gadgets. The pull handle is a little flexible (I try not to lift the bag from that) and since there is no zipper in order to lift it out of the truck and up stairs and whatnot I use the clips it has - wheels are fine, rolls well so far. I've had it a few months and I'm happy with it. Overall happy with the investment. ... show more
