The Ankle Deck Boot collection has been crafted specifically for off-shore anglers. Anglers are athletes, and like any athlete they demand the best footwear to help them perform at a high level. We've created a lightweight design with the same slip-resistant Chevron outsole found on our Legacy boots. The 6" ankle deck boot is a great option for any on-the-water athlete looking for protection with slip-on-and-go styling. This boot is constructed with hand-layed rubber, and so not classified as an XTRATUF commercial grade boot. Amazing boots. Great to use for mucking around the yard, taking the dog out on those wet grass mornings. Easy to slip in and out of. They even put a little rubber tab on the back to help pull the boots off. But if you go without socks…..expect swamp smelling feet. These DO NOT BREATH (they shouldn’t of course). Little if any arch support so if you are gonna be in them all day….flat as a board inside…..get an insole. Otherwise you can not go wrong. For the camper, boating, yard work or just running down to the mailbox….great to have around. (Some people even say they are fashionable for a night out - not!) ... show more

I bought two pair of these for my husband's birthday because I wasn't sure what pattern he would want. He went with the other pair but it took him a couple days to decide. He loved them both. This print is really vibrant and you cannot beat the quality of these boots. He has worn out his other pair and this is his second pair. It says for fishing and they probably work great but I love to garden , if you hate lacing and unlacing your garden footwear these are what you are looking for ,easy to put on and take off and very comfortable, when I’m done for the day I just hose them off while I’m still wearing them and they are ready for next time, I would definitely buy these again ... show more

They are not as tight as your standard brown ones. If they were not on sale when I got them I would have returned them and got the standard brown.
