Hoverboard malfunctioned after only one month of light, indoor use. It would beep really loudly when turned on like it was low on battery, even after charging for days. The beeping wouldn’t stop. We returned it about a week after the return closing date & we were charged a restocking fee of $28. When we called Amazon to get a full refund they tried to tell us we were charged that because it was after the return deadline. An electronic should last longer than a month—why do I have to explain that?! Ridiculous! After a couple of phone calls with Amazon they gave us an account credit for the $28. Companies shouldn’t charge a restocking fee on an electronic that malfunctions. I’m not buying from this seller again. ... show more

We bought this same version of this from this company, just a different listing that's been taken down since. It worked for a few weeks, just beyond Amazon's return policy date, and then it stopped working right. As soon as you turn it, it tips forward and if you try to step on it, it is impossible to balance and it makes you fall forward or backward. ... show more
