I bought these to replace my nose studs and these are AMAZING they stay in great it's hard to screw on but once you get it it's so easy MAKE SURE YOU BUY A THEAD ON TAPER or you will suffer bc with out it it's not happening and if you do get one make sure you don't tightly put it on the taper or it's hard to get off when it's in your nose ... show more

Pretty hard to put in because it’s so small but was well worth the struggle. I was stuck wearing hoops because nothing else stayed in. Love that it came with different sizes so I could figure out what would work best for me.
