This arrived in THREE large boxes. It was a bit overwhelming when first opening everything. First thing to do is organize each piece to have everything ready to put together. Instructions are pictures without a lot of text. It shows each piece and hardware to use. Putting together was easy once I figured out the position of each piece. It doesn't really tell you front or back so you have to pay attention to where screw holes are located. I put this together myself. The couch would have been easier with two so one could hold the pieces together while the other put the screws in since the pieces are so long. No tools of your own needed. everything is provided. I find the cushions very comfortable and LOVE the high backs so you can rest your head back. The chairs turn and slide/rock. The couch is sturdy, but it's also pretty light, so easy to move around. It seems like it will hold up in our sunroom. I'm sure it would be fine in an outdoor environment. This was reasonably priced for the number of pieces you receive and quality of what you get. I would have liked it if came with two side tables, but the ottomans are great! Highly Recommend ... show more

We had no trouble assembling the set once we reviewed the instructions and identified the different size bolts and screws. It fit together nicely! Beautiful and pretty comfortable too!

The coffee table comes with a glass top that is only held on by suction cups--that's a terrible design. And ottoman cushions come with Velcro stickers that would keep you from flipping them over and they look cheap. I opted for just laying the cushions on top for now. I might get a different kind of fastener for those. I probably would skip all of the tables if I were going to buy it again and just get the chairs, couch, and ottomans but I don't think that's a package option. As others have mentioned, it's a pain to put together. It comes in 4 boxes and the chairs are spread across two boxes so you can't assemble it until you have all of the parts. The couch and ottomans come in the biggest box, and I (40 year old female) managed it myself, but it's pretty heavy/awkward for one person. Nothing is labeled so there's a lot of guess work as to what part is what, but once you get the first piece of furniture together it goes faster. The chairs are the hardest. I highly recommend a hex drill bit or a ratchet style hex key because a lot of the bolts are close to the joints and you can't turn the tool that it comes with all the way around. Now that it's together, I'm pretty happy. It's comfortable, and it looks nice. It's a fairly large set. If you have a big space and not a huge budget, it's a good buy. ... show more

I have been so looking forward to the delivery of this set and I was NOT disappointed! I love it. You get so many pieces for your money. The wicker is plastic but very sturdy and well made. I love how the chairs not only swivel but rock. I'm short so I need an extra pillow behind my back when sitting in the chairs. The couch seats 3 comfortablely. The same thing as the chairs if you're short. The fireplace is very well made as well, I can't wait to try that out! My hubby ensemble the pieces on his own and it took him about 2 hrs. He had no difficulty putting it together. The set was shipped securely and arrived without any damage. It comes in 4 boxes. The couch and ottomans in one box, the fireplace in its own box and the chairs were 2 different boxes. I highly recommend this set! ... show more

We purchased this furnature set for our deck on April 30th, 2023. We initially loved the set and it appeared to be good quality. However, on June 9th, we noticed that the fabric on one if the cushions was darkened and was visibly melting into the foam cushion. This cushion receives the most sun exposure and it appears that the fabric or the waterproofing materials had reacted with the sun/heat and melted a section of the cushion. When we received the set, we noticed, on another cushion, what appeared to be a dark area, that was rough to the touch, as if glue or another type product had been spilled in the area. It did not appear to be a major issue, so we did not contact Amazon. However, after what occurred with the other cushion, we are very concerned about the safety and materials used in and on the fabric. On June 10th, I contacted Amazon to report what had occurred and our concerns about the fabric being potentially hazardous. I was informed that the return window had closed 4 days prior and they would have to call the seller directly. (I attempted to contact the seller, however, there is no contact information and all inquiries are redirected back to Amazon). The representative stated that Amazon provides sellers with 48 hours to respond to the customer and if we had not heard back in 48 hours, to contact Amazon again. We did not hear back from the seller, so we contacted Amazon again and we were informed that since the return date had passed by 4 days, many sellers will simply not respond to Amazon or the customer, even in situations that might involve a safety issue, including hazardous materials. After speaking with multiple Amazon representatives and finally speaking with a supervisor, we were able to address and rectify the situation. What is of great concern, is that the seller does not appear to have any responsibility to address matters related to the quality and safety of their products. I would highly advise to avoid purchasing any furnature sets, etc, from the seller. ... show more

I ordered this for my new screened porch in NC. It arrives in 3 boxes. Fedex had apparently damaged one box so badly that they insisted I refuse delivery. I reached out to Xizzi and received the best customer service in getting a replacement box out to me ASAP. The furniture looks great, is really comfortable and you can't beat the price. Best of all there were no hassles in dealing with the damaged box. Turnaround time was very quick and I'm all set to watch the football bowl games from the new porch! (Don't pay attention to the packaging around the bottom of the chairs...just forgot to take it off before I took the pic)! ... show more
