This arrived in THREE large boxes. It was a bit overwhelming when first opening everything. First thing to do is organize each piece to have everything ready to put together. Instructions are pictures without a lot of text. It shows each piece and hardware to use. Putting together was easy once I figured out the position of each piece. It doesn't really tell you front or back so you have to pay attention to where screw holes are located. I put this together myself. The couch would have been easier with two so one could hold the pieces together while the other put the screws in since the pieces are so long. No tools of your own needed. everything is provided. I find the cushions very comfortable and LOVE the high backs so you can rest your head back. The chairs turn and slide/rock. The couch is sturdy, but it's also pretty light, so easy to move around. It seems like it will hold up in our sunroom. I'm sure it would be fine in an outdoor environment. This was reasonably priced for the number of pieces you receive and quality of what you get. The coffee table comes with a glass top that is only held on by suction cups--that's a terrible design. And ottoman cushions come with Velcro stickers that would keep you from flipping them over and they look cheap. I opted for just laying the cushions on top for now. I might get a different kind of fastener for those. I probably would skip all of the tables if I were going to buy it again and just get the chairs, couch, and ottomans but I don't think that's a package option. As others have mentioned, it's a pain to put together. It comes in 4 boxes and the chairs are spread across two boxes so you can't assemble it until you have all of the parts. The couch and ottomans come in the biggest box, and I (40 year old female) managed it myself, but it's pretty heavy/awkward for one person. Nothing is labeled so there's a lot of guess work as to what part is what, but once you get the first piece of furniture together it goes faster. The chairs are the hardest. I highly recommend a hex drill bit or a ratchet style hex key because a lot of the bolts are close to the joints and you can't turn the tool that it comes with all the way around. Now that it's together, I'm pretty happy. It's comfortable, and it looks nice. It's a fairly large set. If you have a big space and not a huge budget, it's a good buy. ... show more

Okay. Lots of screws and bolts but worth it!!!! Super sturdy and comfortable. Color is true to pictures. We are on our porch a lot in Florida and this set is great. Love the rocking and the swivel.

I finally pulled the trigger and purchased this set. It is beautiful and checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I'm a 65 yo woman and I put the whole set together all by myself. It took me two days to complete it but I had no problems. I thought the directions were great, picture's were clear. One thing to keep in mind is to only start your screws and tighten them down after you get all pieces in place. The only problem I had was the 2nd chair I tightened the screws a little too much so I struggled to get one arm on, I finally loosened some screws and that was all I needed to get it together. Many reviews stated it was hard to assemble but if I can do it by myself then anyone can. The quality seems to be very good. We live in Arizona so I'm hoping it will take the heat well. The only cons I can take away is that the fabric doesn't breathe well so your body does get quite warm and sweaty. But my thought is I'll just get some large bath towels and when it's really hot put them on. Secondly it would be nice if there were ties for the cushions so that they would be more secured in the wind. Over all I would totally purchase again! ... show more

We had looked a many other brands in stores. This set of furniture seems to be pretty nice. It’s well built with metal framework. Its assembly is easy enough and includes extra parts. Instructions were easy enough to follow for putting together. One warning that is listed in the instructions, do not tighten screws until all have been installed as you are assembling each unit.
