AMENDED: Unlike Amazon, a human contacted me immediately and resolved my issue. I will be changing my rating to one XeGe deserves. The issue wasn't even theirs, but they resolved it anyway. Quality company! And since my daughter already has a duvet with them and it's amazing... Quality products, too. Previous rant: ...I ordered this duvet twice and only got a set of pillowcases... twice. Since Amazon gives you no way to talk to someone and the robots options only send my on a vicious cycle, I am going to have to do a refund and go to another company for the duvet. It's a shame because I have ordered one of these the same way and received it. It was SO soft and amazing that I decided to get another one for my other kid,,,and eventually one for myself ( they are THAT soft). SO the ONE STAR IS FOR AMAZON NOT this company, XeGe. I fear this may be the only way I can get Amazon's attention. This is not the first when it comes to not getting my packages due to their delivery practices. They are hurting companies' businesses...you got one job, Amazon!

I finally found a good quality duvet cover!! This duvet cover is so incredibly soft & cozy! The color is just as I expected it to be, such a pretty dark purple color! Also, the inside ties are long and strong enough to tie a good knot and keep the comforter insert in place. Plus the zipper closure placement is in a very stealthy place, rather than at the seam it is a few inches below the edge/seam and easy to hide which I think is a very smart design!

We got this cover after my daugher wanted something fuzzy and cozy. There were some bad reviews, but she loved the color so we went with it. It is SUPER soft and cozy and looks great. Based on other reviews I will be careful when waching or spot cleaning it, but we dont allow food in her room so hopefully this wont need to be often :) I did have a bit of trouble keeping her duvet spread out in the entire cover, but i tied the corner strings tighter and it seems to be worknig better.

I like the softness of this duvet cover. It’s thin but I don’t mind it so that my comforter doesn’t feel too hot as I have a decent comforter for it. It has corner ties for the comforter but I wish it also had ties in the center so the blanket didn’t move around on that section.

Dog chewed up my daughter's comforter very similar to this that my daughter loved. So she picked this one to replace it. Seems nice and she likes it but for the price I'd thought you would get pillow covers to match. Fortunately I was able to find matching pillow cases from the same manufacturer. Nice but a little on pricey side considering u have to buy pillowcases seperare.i thought they were included by the pictures. A little misleading in the advertising.

Honestly not the worst but not the picture ether. It was hard to put my duvet in it because there was no strings. You just kinda have to let it “fall in” but because there’s no strings my duvet shifts alot. Also just thin and nothing like the picture. Probably need to buy a $200 duvet to get it to look like that picture. But still cute.
