The company was great. Very helpful and willing to work with you. The consol did have a disk reading issue which is common in old systems. The company was willing to pay for repairs or to replace. Great customer service. I would use them again

Even thou this unit came with all its wires and power cord it had no hard drive and it also came with a Red Dot, meaning it came corrupt. I got it to work thanks to YouTube, but I should not be going through this after spending money on it. I will never buy a used gaming system from anywhere ever again. ... show more

Got the core console sent to me 2 weeks ago, piece of crap. Shipping time was great, got to me in 3 days. Thing doesn't work. Looks like they put a new trey and laser, but didn't integrate it with the main board. In other words, got another CD/DVD player. Worst thing, still trying to get them to refund my money, been a week now. Haven't even heard back from them. Had a friend go through the same thing with them, she got a phone number to call. I'm getting the number tonight, she's unavailable until tonight, will post when I get it, to start phone campaign to stop this crap. Third time I've had same problem. Screw me once, your fault. Screw me twice, my fault. Screw me three times, start a Internet campaign for Amazon to start checking the companies they do business with," A Little BETTER" ... show more

    • Kids don't go online to play and cd drawer don't open
I know it's used but it was higher than fair rating. The cd drawer will not open. Every time we have to pry open.
