At 74, I work out every day, usually at least an hour, sometimes more. My doctor told me a long time ago that I cannot rely on weight alone to measure my health, and this scale proves that point perfectly. Instead of just giving you a number, it gives you real insight into your body composition—muscle, fat, and how it’s distributed. What stood out immediately was how detailed and useful the data is. I can track everything on my phone and easily share it with my doctor. When I sent him my results, he was genuinely impressed. It helped guide real changes in my routine—I shifted from a 50/50 mix of weight training and cardio to about 75% aerobic work based on what the data showed. The biggest eye-opener is understanding what your weight actually consists of. For example, seeing that a large portion of my weight is muscle completely changes how I think about that number on the scale. A standard scale just cannot give you that. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability for multiple users to track privately. My wife, who has been an athlete her whole life and is in excellent shape, uses it as well. She keeps her data on her iPhone, while I use my Android, and everything stays separate and seamless. That’s a huge plus. The breakdown by body areas—legs, core, fat distribution—gives you something actionable. You are not guessing anymore. You can actually look at the data and say, “Here’s what I need to improve,” and then go work on it. Bottom line: this is one of the best purchases I have made. Overall I am very impressed with this full body smart scale. Its easy to set up on the Wyze app, syncs automatically when connected to wifi and the data can be easily viewed on the app. I bought it at the full listed price but I have seen offers later on and realized that I could have bought it cheaper. While I completely understand individual readings can be unreliable and we should focus on trends over a period of time, I am not happy with the variability per reading. I see fluctuations of several pounds on weight, fat and muscle mass and would like to believe that a human body is incapable of the fluctuations thats this scale shows. The battery life seems decent, uses cheap AAA batteries and the scale takes less than a minute to give you detailed readings I have heard some competing scales are better but they are also priced way higher This one is a good value at this price in my opinion even at listed price

Update: 04/18/26 - my unit was evidently defective & it was replaced by the manufacturer. The new unit has had consistent readings & accuracy. I recommend this scale, especially if you use other devices in the Wyze family, since they all function with their app. While the display is good, it's easy to use & results are quick to be displayed, the results that are displayed are erratic & may change drastically during the same usage. I weighed myself 3 times in a row and while weight remained the same, the body fat, bmi, muscle weight/%, etc. would change each time. I cleaned the scale surface, cleaned my feet & hands, to see if that was a factor. It changed the results but again it varies each time I stepped on the scale. While this scale may give some indication of how your general health is, don't rely on it for accurate results. Perhaps the results will get better with future firmware updates, but for now I can't recommend this scale if accuracy is important to you.

I wanted a new scale that would integrate seamlessly with the Fitbit platform. I had an Aria scale, but that was never very dependable - this one is very consistent. I don't much care about looks since it's a bathroom scale, but it's not terrible looking. The accuracy seems pretty high, as I get consistent results - again, beats the snot out of the Aria I had in that regard. Can't really attest to durability aside from the fact that I haven't broken it, so hooray! The Wyze app is pretty friendly, I use it with a bunch of other Wyze products, but honestly I just wanted to link it to the Fitbit platform so my metrics are all in the same place, and that integration was simple and seamless. App open or not, phone nearby or not, it automatically and quickly updates Fitbit with a lot of good metrics. I can't think of a thing I'd change here, it does everything I needed it to do, and didn't take long to set up. Highly recommended for someone looking for a well-priced smart scale.

Nice scale, easy to use, the app gives a decent amount of data. I don't think it's super precise it's accurate. Of course I buy it right before prime day. They also just released another body scan scale that does the exact same thing with the same app the only difference is the layout of the scales electrodes and the type of display. If the other one was out when I bought this I would have got it. It has all of the same functions and who cares about the screen it shows your weight and you look at everything else on your phone.
