I got a small which is my usual size. My waist is a small, but my thighs are bigger and prone to chafing. After a couple wears, the inside thigh part of the shorts started pilling and the ends started curling up. I have bought this product in multiple colors. They are soft, comfy and cute. I always get a lot of compliments on these. The only complaint I have is that after a few washes the color starts to fade and not be as bright. I still highly recommend these shorts. I size down so that the waistband is tight enough and does not have to be tied. Each color of shorts has a bit of a different tie from another but it is not too noticeable. Make sure if you order the white pair DO NOT WASH with any color other than white. The white fabric will turn a light blue/grey. Instead of a bright white. I ordered a medium and maybe should have gotten xl. They are very short and small but the fabric quality is very soft and they are super cute. It doesn’t wrinkle and it’s nice that the pockets are hidden. I didn’t wash them because I’m sending them back but they seem very durable!
