Oh wow, look at this gorgeous WS Game Company Clue Vintage Bookshelf Edition! It’s basically the adult version of “let’s play detective in style.” Finally, a game that looks smarter than I am. The vintage bookshelf design screams “I have impeccable taste” or at least “I own something that vaguely resembles one.” It’s cute, it’s classy, and it’ll fool your guests into thinking you spend your evenings reading Tolstoy instead of plotting to accuse Colonel Mustard of murder. Plus, it’s the perfect disguise — your cluttered coffee table will now appear organized, even though you know you’ll lose the game pieces under the couch within minutes. If you’re like me and love mixing nostalgia with just a sprinkle of “I’m too cool for this,” this edition is your new best friend. Just don’t be surprised when your friends start asking if you’re hosting a murder mystery book club. Spoiler alert: you’re not. You’re just here for the aesthetic. Overall, it’s cute, it’s clever, and it’s the perfect excuse to pretend you’re sophisticated. Highly recommend if you want your game night to look fancy while you shamelessly accuse everyone of being the murderer.

Love these games in these decorative boxes. They look great on a shelf. Game pieces are a little cheaply made but at least all the pieces stay with the game.

I bought a Clue game from another manufacturer and had to return it because the board was dark and hard to read, and it was hard to distinguish the different colors of the plastic pieces. In contrast, I am very pleased with the Clue Linen Book Vintage Edition Board Game. The board is very easy to read. The game pieces are made of wood with a heavy metal base and are painted bright colors that are easy to distinguish from each other. I like the detail on the weapons, and I like that the rope is made of string. This edition of Clue is just as I remember it from my childhood, with the added feature of a linen cover in a box made to look like a book, suitable to put on a bookshelf and easily transportable.

We love games and books, this is a perfect way to collide the two together. Stylish and fun. Looks beautiful on our bookcase in the living room. Keeps the area clean and neat as well. There's no different size of board games, keeps the game contained perfectly, it's appealing to the eyes. The games themselves are like the typical game just in a cuter box and a way thats fun to show off. Love they come in different colors as well. The case is well made and study unlike some board game boxes. This is a must if you like game nights and love to show off the games but in a stylish way.
