The product is easy to use for a great price point. I would say it is mostly accurate but the accuracy is dependent upon the user. Wrist BP cuffs are more finicky than arm cuffs, and can give false readings if you do not have your wrist at heart level while taking the reading. Search YouTube for a demonstration that is a bit better than the illustration in instructions. Once you get that down, you’re golden.

I wanted a monitor that was rechargeable, reliable, and easy to use. After 3 days, the charge seems fine. I have no idea if I charged it all the way or not. The bars on the side don't go up or down when it is charging and the battery symbol always looks like it's empty. Comparing it with the old monitor I had, it's as accurate as that was. It's easy to use. Press of a button, keeps 90 records, and so on. What I didn't know is that it practically shrieks out your readings. There is NO volume control. There IS an option to turn off the voice. I just can't reach it because none of the settings will change when I hold the buttons down. 3.5/5 _________________________________________________________ Okay it took much longer than it should have for it to explain "sleep mode" means "off mode." You have to press the buttons down when it is in "off mode" and then it will enter settings mode. 4/5

The device is fine, seems to work, accuracy I cannot test but it's probably reasonable. What I'm LOSING MY MIND with is TALKING HEAD IN THE MACHINE!! Does it turn off? How? If not I'll be returning it for something silent. I don't need that obnoxious noise and loud voice every time. That's enough to raise my BP right there. EDITED: YEAH! You can turn off the voice report and that makes this a much better review. Easy to read (silently) and decent level of info to monitor heart health. Great for the price particular *****

This product is a piece of junk I don’t recommend anyone buying it my in laws finally received it after months of waiting for it to arrive to the Philippines and it doesn’t even turn on after so many hours of it charging so annoying. Do not buy this your better of buy one from the store for the same or cheaper price that will last a long time. This is an update from my last review the seller of this product reached out to me making sure that I was happy with there product up on receiving the new one I will re-score and make a new review update of the product. Thank you Rehab for your help. Thank you Rehab I really like this item the replacement one works and it even tells me what the blood pressure is. So far not impressed. Set year, time and date and if turn off goes away. Followed secondary colored instructions of how to use and was close to accurate of arm BHP omron that has been verified with physician. Next time used inaccurate readings. As said, not impressed. Instructions need to be written better. If this is best China can do than there in trouble. If find it improves will re-write but not expecting better results. Amazon sent another one quickly. Give them credit for that. Got item again, set year, time and date and turned off annoying speaker. Sat in same place playing solitaire for 1 hr. Took reading at beginning and every 15 mins. after. Readings all over the place. Turned of and again date , time etc back to default of 1-1- 08:00? Memory did stay. Took reading now worse than previous. Last reading was 101/49? Never had readings this low. Requesting refund. Will stay with Omron upper arm cuff. Now need send first one and second one back. One goes to Kohls and refund one goes to ups.

I do not like the talking part of this device. It speaks in a foreign accent with improper wording and is kind of slow. I find it very annoying; However, it does seem to be accurate in taking my blood pressure

Our new wrist blood pressure monitor is excellent. Easy to read, easy to hear the results of my blood pressure. And it has a hard plastic case to put it in!
